When there is no pressure in the water cup, the float closes the inner cavity, the piston is pressed down by the spring, and the condensed water is discharged through the drain hole.2. When there is pressure in the water cup, when the pressure is above 1kgf/cm2, the piston overcomes the spring and presses upward, so the drainage hole is closed and the inside of the water cup is isolated from the outside world.3. When there is condensed water in the water cup, when the condensed water collects to a certain extent, the float rises due to buoyancy, opens the inner cavity hole, and pressure enters the inner cavity. The piston is pressed down by the pressure and spring, and the condensed water is drained through the drainage pipe.Regular maintenance:Break down, clean and reverse assemble in the following order:A: Cut off the air at the drain inlet;B: Loosen the pressure reducing screw to release the air;C: Confirm that there is no pressure in the drainer and remove the connecting nut;D: Remove the coarse filter screen fixing nut;E: Unscrew the drainage pipe, water cup, float ball, and drainage pipe counterclockwise to disassemble and remove the fine filter;F: Remove the control rod and take out the valve and float;G: Hold the cavity and the drain pipe with both hands and carefully them at a 90-degree angle to separate them. Take out the spring, fine filter and deflation sheet; H: Use neutral detergent to completely remove stains, and combine them in the reverse order for normal use.Precautions:1. The maximum operating pressure is 1.0MPa;2. The flow rate must be greater than 400L/min, and the pressure must be above 0.15MPa;3.
